Founded in 1977, by Robert C. Kettler, Kettler (formerly KSI Services, Inc.) is ranked among the top 15 multi-family housing developers in the nation and the largest land developer in Metropolitan Washington.

How did we get there?

Our formula is simple: provide exceptional products and amenities, design buildings and spaces for people, and become outstanding corporate citizens.We have taken these principles to heart, and some of the area's most successful new communities and multi-use buildings have followed. Each is pedestrian-friendly, ecologically sensitive, and architecturally distinctive. They preserve the local heritage. They revive urban life.

In all, Kettler has developed more than five million square feet of commercial space and more than 50,000 housing units. We have partnered with world-renowned architects, won hundreds of awards for housing design, land planning, and urban design. Still, our greatest satisfaction comes from improving the communities of which we are a part.
